On November 14th, MCHR students walked through various blocks in East Harlem, visiting many local businesses to collect sponsorship money for the school. In addition, many families came together to sponsor their students in the walk, raising various funds to support the school.

In total, MCHR raised over $10000 from donations and sponsorship money! Funds will be used to support student programing and supplies.

We appreciate all participants and sponsors who supported this student project. We look forward to hosting similar projects next school year.
